Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of fridaybkk.com, our checkout at checkout.fridaybkk.com, our chat channels, and every order you place with Friday, in partnership with Aera ("Friday", "we", "us", "our"). Friday, in partnership with Aera is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Who can order

• You must be at least 20 years old, the age of legal majority in Thailand.
• We deliver to addresses in Thailand only.
• The details you give us (name, phone, delivery address, email) must be accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

3. Research use only

All products sold by Friday are research compounds, sold for research use only. They are not sold as medicines, dietary supplements, food or cosmetics, and they are not approved by the Thai Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator for use in humans.

By ordering, you confirm that:

• you are buying for your own research purposes;
• you are responsible for following all laws that apply to you when buying, storing and using the products; and
• you will store and handle the products as described on the label and product page, and keep them away from children.

Friday products are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended for therapeutic or diagnostic use. They are supplied for controlled laboratory research, education and analytical testing, and every product label and product document says so. By confirming you are 20 or older and placing an order, you accept these research-use terms.

4. Information and chat replies

Product pages, articles and replies from our team on Telegram, WhatsApp, LINE or email are general information. Some replies are written or assisted by automated software. Nothing we publish or send is medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Information can contain errors or become out of date. Check anything important before relying on it.

5. Prices

• All prices are in Thai Baht (THB).
• Delivery is a flat ฿60 per order unless shown otherwise at checkout.
• Multi-vial discounts and promotions are applied automatically at checkout. The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.
• We may change prices and promotions at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders and payment

• You order through our checkout. Payment is by bank transfer: you upload your transfer slip at checkout.
• Your order is confirmed once our team has verified the payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
• All products are subject to availability.

7. Delivery

• Orders are dispatched the next day with tracking, to anywhere in Thailand. Delivery times depend on your area and the courier.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
• Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

8. Damaged, missing or wrong items

Because of the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, or returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the parcel and products. If we confirm the problem, we will send a replacement or refund the affected items, at our choice. This does not limit any rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.

9. Your account

You sign in to our checkout with your email address. Keep access to that email secure. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law:

• you use the products at your own risk;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by misuse of the products, use that ignores the label or product page, or use contrary to these Terms; and
• our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Friday for losses, claims and reasonable legal costs that arise because you broke these Terms or the law in connection with our products.

12. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of this website belong to Friday or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

13. Privacy

We use your personal data to process and deliver your orders and to reply to your messages, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). See our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or your orders.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
